About Us

Like all credit unions, Alcon Employees Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. When you join the credit union, you become a shareholder – or an owner – of a very unique financial institution. Earnings above the required reserves are returned to you, in the form of lower interest rates on loans and competitive dividends on savings.

We are owned and operated by our members. We exist solely for the purpose of serving our members' best interests.

You are eligible for membership if you work for Alcon Holdings Corp., Novartis or if you are an immediate family member of these employees. Everyone can take advantage of our great products and services.

To become a member of the credit union, a one-time membership fee of $1.00 and a minimum deposit of $5.00 in a share (savings) account is required. Deposits can be sent by mail, brought into the credit union lobby or direct deposit.
